Our goal is to provide a free-flight home for formerly abused, unwanted or problem Macaws.

Due to the epidemic proportions of PDD, we are not accepting any birds, at this time!

Our birds are healthy and we want to keep it that way. More and more birds are turning up with PDD and we cannot take the chance of taking in an infected bird.

We can probably thank ABRC for selling off all the birds they had that were PDD infected, before selling their aviary. for this epidemic.

It is hereby agreed, by and between Owner and Echo's Haven Sanctuary, as follows:

• 1. Owner wishes to relinquish ownership of said "Bird', listed above.
• 2. Owner is the current caretaker of said Bird, and knows of no other person who has any claim to him/her.
• 3. Owner requests that Echo's Haven provide a safe, loving home environment for the remainder of the bird's   natural life.
• 4. Owner hereby relinquishes, in favor of Echo's Haven Sanctuary, all rights, title and interest to and in the Bird, along with any cage(s) toys or other items concurrently surrendered. This grant is immediate and absolute.
• 5. It is Owner's understanding that Echo's Haven will charge a minimum FEE for the adoption of and for the Bird, and Owner realizes that they are not entitled to any portion of that or any other compensation for said bird. Some owners of larger birds will be requested to provide continuing support for the care of their companion bird.
• 6. It is understood that it is the purpose if this transfer that Echo's Haven Sanctuary continuously provide a loving and nurturing home for the Bird, but that Echo's Haven Sanctuary may do so within their sole discretion and Owner may not, in any way, question or interfere with the Sanctuary in the care, treatment, or day to day routines of said bird.

I have read and understand the above, and realize that it constitutes a legal and binding contract.
